A small-group online Quran program for middle and high school students — combining personalized recitation feedback with meaningful discussion of the Quran's message.
Register Now →Each session is designed around three interlocking goals — so students don't just learn to read, they learn to connect.
Every student gets dedicated one-on-one recitation time each session — no group reading where one person reads while others wait.
Personalized correction tailored to each student's level, building real fluency and confidence in how the Quran is recited.
Group discussion on what each surah is actually saying — and how its message speaks directly to the lives of young Muslims today.
Each student reads one-on-one with Ustadh Umar, receiving live tajweed correction and personal feedback.
All students join for a guided discussion on the meaning and themes of the passage — connecting the Quran to real life.
Open floor for questions, reflections, and closing. Students leave with something to think about until next session.
Most online Quran programs waste time — one student reads while everyone else waits. This program is built differently: every student gets real attention, and every student gets real discussion. Small cohorts make both possible.
We cover two bodies of text across the summer — one that grounds us in salah, and one that speaks directly to the questions young Muslims are already living.
The most repeated passage in any Muslim's life — recited at least 17 times daily in salah — yet rarely understood. We open the summer here, building the foundation that the rest of the program stands on.
Short surahs, deep themes. Gratitude, anxiety, purpose, accountability, seeking protection — exactly what young Muslims are navigating every day. Most students have memorized these surahs; this summer they'll finally know what they're saying.
Ustadh Umar Kabiruddin is a traditionally trained Islamic scholar holding qualifications in Alimiyyah, Iftaa, and an Ijazah in the Ten Qira'at, completed in South Africa. He has taught Islamic studies across institutions in the DMV area including ADAMS Center, Al Salaam Academy, and the Diyanet Center of America, and has served as Imam and Khateeb at various masajid. His teaching focuses on helping young Muslims move beyond rote recitation toward a genuine, living relationship with the Quran.
